JOB TITLE: Business Systems Analyst
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related and 3 years of experience as Business/Systems Analyst, or related.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning applications and SaaS solutions.
2. Experience in business process analysis, stakeholder management, business requirements elicitation, documenting solutions, and testing ERP systems.
3. Experience in End-to-end testing of HR and Financial Processes in ERP applications.
4. Experience in creating Business Requirements Documents and data models.
JOB DUTIES:
1. Oversee the analysis and development of our clients’ business operations/processes/systems, and prepare recommendations of new business systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
2. Collect business and technical requirements, estimate costs, and establish business/system protocols.
3. Facilitate the solution to develop business solutions to meets the business needs of our clients.
4. Explain and train client users on the functionalities of COTS Packages and ERP applications and map their existing business processes to the built-in ERP business workflows.
5. Communicate ERP Configuration requirements to developers, configuration management and quality assurance teams to improve procedures.
6. Advise clients on modifications of their existing business operations and business processes to the built-in workflows in business systems.
7. Engage with client stakeholders and business process owners to document their business practices.
8. Analyze data flows and data attributes and external applications to develop network diagrams, data models, and alternate methods of proceeding.
Travel Details: Require 5-10% travel to client sites in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.
