Your entity issues a Purchase Order referencing DIR-CPO-6220. This completes the procurement — no board approval, no additional competitive process.

SecurityZeal mobilizes your team. Project kick-off, onboarding, and delivery begin immediately under the terms of the signed SOW.
Pricing & Terms

Pricing Mechanism

  • All services priced by negotiated Statement of Work — fixed-price or time-and-materials
  • 0.75% DIR administrative fee is built into all pricing — never a separate line item to customers
  • No minimum contract value — engagements of all sizes are welcome
  • Pricing is competitive with market rates and may be further negotiated per SOW
  • Volume discounts available for multi-year or large-scope engagements

Warranty & Quality

  • Per Appendix A §4.10: SecurityZeal will correct deficiencies within 30 calendar days of written notice at no additional cost
  • All deliverables include an explicit warranty period defined in the SOW
  • SecurityZeal is 100% self-performing — no subcontracting of core deliverables without written customer approval
